We support fair trade and ensure our final products are eco-friendly and sustainable.
We monitor our products during manufacturing and thoroughly check them before dispatching upon receiving the orders. However, if you have any enquiries or requests, please email us with your query.
Returns and Exchanges: Customer satisfaction is our primary goal and we do everything possible to ensure we create and deliver high-quality products.
However, due to the nature of the products and to keep our customers safe, we are unable to accept any returns or provide refunds if you change your mind. However, if you have received the wrong order or have any concerns, please email us at info@bonjoyfashionanddecor.com and we will be happy to help!
We are not able to provide exchanges for scrunchies or items of personal use. However, for other items, if you have any concerns, please contact us with your queries and we will try to resolve your issues within the smallest possible time frame.
Timeframe for Exchanges: We encourage our customers to take a video while opening the box after receiving your delivery so any problem with the product including defect or wrong item can be recorded.
Any request for exchanges may be initiated by sharing with us your delivery box opening video within 7 business days of you receiving the delivery. The exchanges are accepted only on unused and undamaged products. We are not able to process any exchange for products that are used, damaged or not in original packing. All shipping costs related to exchange must be borne by the customer.
