WQ: How can I purchase products on your website?
A: The products are categorically organized in the website for ease of browsing and purchase. As you like them, continue adding on the cart.
When you are finished adding the items and want to make a final payment, login to your account (or create one if you are new – takes less than 1 minute) and make the payment. This helps keep your information secure, track the product and reorder next time.
After completing your order, you will receive an email on your registered email id with the purchase confirmation and summary of products ordered.
Q: I want to purchase your products, but don’t want to make online transaction.
A: If you have UPI enabled, you can pay us through UPI payment like Google Pay, PhonePay, Paytm, etc. Contact us on Whatsapp at +917829999095 stating your issue and we can provide you the barcode to scan and make the payment.
Q: What information do you need to process my order?
A: In order to process your order fast and efficiently, we request your name, complete address with post code, phone number and email id. This helps us in contacting you if there is any issue with your order. Also providing these details accurately will ensure your ordered products reach you without any disruptions or hassel.
Q: What payment methods can I use?
A: You can pay for your order using debit card from all leading banks. In addition, you can opt for Paypal, Stripe or ApplePay if you prefer.

Q: What should I do if the payment is not processed or declined?
A: Please try processing using another payment method or after a little while. If you are still facing difficulty in processing the payment, Whatsapp us at +917829999095 and ask for barcode to make payment through UPI if you prefer.
Q: I want to make COD or Cash On Delivery payment. Do you accept it?
A: We process only prepaid orders and unable to offer Cash On Delivery option at this point of time. You can make payments through any major debit card or through UPI payment.
Q: Can I change delivery address after placing an order?
A: You can change your delivery address within the next 2 hours of placing the order and only if we have not already processed your order. After we have processed the order and handed over the item for delivery, we won’t be able to help with the change of address.
To change your address, login to your account using your credentials and go to ‘My Account’ tab to change the details. Please remember to save the information.
Q: How much would I be charged for delivery?
A: Each order incurs a different delivery charge based on the number and weight of products and location for delivery. Based on your purchase, you will be able to view the shipping cost in the final stage of the checkout process.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: You can request for order cancellation within the next 2 hours of placing the order and only if we have not already processed your order. You can Whatsapp us at +917829999095 or email at info@bonjoyfashionanddecor.com.
After we have processed the order and handed over the item for delivery, we won’t be able to help with cancellation. After receiving the product if you still would like to cancel the order, you will need to pay for the shipping charges to return the item to origin.
Q: When would I receive the order confirmation and ordered items?
A: We send the order confirmation to your email within 10 minutes of placing the order. In case you don’t see it by then, please check your junk / spam folder as well.
We endeavour to dispatch the items within 2 business days and it may take 3 – 7 days depending on your location and availability of courier services in your location.

Q: Can I return a product?
A: We check the products thoroughly before dispatching the items. However, if we have missed it, you can return the product in case of faulty, damaged, wrong item or size. We can’t accept products returned for change of mind. Before you initiate any return, please email us at info@bonjoyfashionanddecor.com with the product details and issues you are facing and allow us two business days to revert to you with the confirmation.
