Orders placed on website can be requested for cancellation within the next 2 hours of placing the order and only if we have not already processed your order. You can whatsapp us at +917829999095 or email at info@bonjoyfashionanddecor.com with your concern.

After we have processed the order and handed over the item for delivery, we cannot accept any request for cancellation.

We also cannot accept cancellation for change of mind after placing your orders.
